When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most arrive within 5–12 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. If you have any issues checking out from your country, please get in touch.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, let us know and we’ll make it right.

How do I get my digital download?

You’ll receive the digital file immediately after purchase via email and on the confirmation page. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn’t show up right away.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.

Will I pay customs?

In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
